MicroKEYER unites all usually required interfaces into one unit: It consists of a soundcard-interface for all digital modes (RTTY, PSK31 etc.) plus a CAT interface for any rig plus a keying stage for CW and PTT.
The MicroKEYER is connected to the PC by a single USB cable plus the cables to the soundcard. The interface can be used with any Windows™ based software for FSK, AFSK, CW, SSB etc. and offers full support for your transceiver by Icom, Kenwood, Yaesu, Tentec etc. Transceiver and PC are electrically separated, thus preventing noise loops. Audio levels are controllable from the front panel of the interface, direkt transmission of RTTY or CW is possible without PC, just connect a normal keyboard directly to the interface.
An additional PTT connector is available for an amplifier, using a programmable sequencer. A PTT footswitch can also be connected.

For connection between interface and radio an optional cable is required (or you do it yourself). If you do not find the suitable cable for your rig, please contact us.
The cables to the radio are now available also in a 2m long version (article DB38-xxx instead of DB37-xxx), see list.

The 10 Keypad is directly connected to the microKEYER and allows control of various CW functions, like recall of stored standard buffers, adjusting speed and many more. The RTTY functions require a full PS/2 keyboard (a USB keyboard will not work!).

No CW stuttering whatsoever, even at stints of 40wpm. Latest FW flash and device router. 2.0Ghz, 768m of ram. I had Writelog 10.5 crash on me several times, but I think it's a bad RAM stick I added which is now making Windows™ puke. Can't wait for Writelog to get on board with Winkey. 73, Blake N4GI
